There will be multiple tortoises (pavilion) placed on the G4 location in Rotterdam on locations with different qualities. The appearance of the tortoises are generated by the static environment from the local site. The soul of a tortoise will be influenced by the dynamic environment like people, weather, sounds and temperature.
